Job Summary and Description

Under the supervision of the grant program manager/director, performs programmatic work directly related to the purpose of the grant program/project. Assists with implementation, performance, and administration of the program/project. May provide direct services to grant participants, conduct assessments, and collect and analyze data. Maintains effective relationships with participants, team members, and program sponsors and partners.

Reports to the Grant Program Manager/Director.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
  • One year of related experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree.
  • Experience working with a diverse population.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • May be required to have a valid driver license. Must be insurable through the organization’s insurers.
