Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: This position requires on-campus presence; remote work is not available. Evening and weekend hours may be required.

Job Summary and Description

Performs computer network related duties. May design, install, monitor, enhance and repair network system/operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree including a minimum of twelve semester hours of computer coursework or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree/coursework.
  • Three years of related experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems.
  • Additional experience beyond the required minimum.
  • CNA/CNE and MCSE certifications.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver license. Must be insurable through Alamo Colleges’ insurers.

Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
