Job Summary and Description
Prepares a variety of routine and complex special/ad hoc financial reports and benefit statements in accordance with the Alamo Colleges District’s standards and applicable government laws and regulations.

Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience:•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
•Five years of experience in accounting, payroll, or other related experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
•Banner experience.
•Payroll/HRIS experience.
•Teacher Retirement System (TRS) experience strongly preferred
Licenses and Certifications:
•Prefer Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or other American Payroll Association certification.
•May be required to have a valid driver license and be insurable through the organization’s insurers.
