Job Summary and Description
Provides semi-skilled work in performing a variety of building maintenance repairs, including the installation, maintenance and service of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and structural systems.

QualificationsMinimum Education and Experience:
- Graduation from high school or a General Education Development (GED) Certificate.
- Three years’ of general building maintenance experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A certificate of completion in building maintenance or related skill trades and more than three years of experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License. Must be insurable through Alamo Colleges’ insurers.
- Must have a valid State of Texas Maintenance Electrician License or City Of San Antonio Technician License, and must be kept current at all times.
Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
