Job Summary and Description
Establishes and maintains the enterprises position control function assuring application of approved budget and compliance with procedures. Provides analysis and consulting to enterprise in support of development and maintenance of systems. Performs transactions related to position management, personnel transactions, faculty loading/compensation, and document imaging systems.
Reports to the Talent, Organization, and Strategic Innovation Department.

QualificationsMinimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
- Three years of progressive experience in position control management, human resources, or records management.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Three to five years of progressive experience in records and/or position control management, analysis, consulting, and program management.
- Experience using Banner System and other ERP platforms.
