Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: This is a 50% position that will work to enroll students in our Nursing Education Program. Hours and days may vary based on program needs.

Job Summary and Description

Performs moderately complex work advising students from connection to entry. Responsible for implementing enrollment and retention strategies and achievement of student learning outcomes. May provide services for special populations.

This position will work specifically with our department of Nursing Education to recruit students into our nursing programs.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
• Two years of related experience, preferably in a college setting.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Four years of related experience.
• Healthcare experience or healthcare background

Licenses and Certifications:

• Must complete enrollment management certification within 12 months of hire.
• Must be certified in key competencies annually as defined by Student Success leadership.
