Job Summary and Description
Coordinates and performs administrative and student services duties for Alamo Colleges District’s Alamo Academies. Coordinates student recruitment, paid internships, and college and job placements and serves as a liaison with independent school districts, high schools, colleges and industry partners involved with the Alamo Academies. Monitors students’ progress/behaviors, paid internships and job placements, and completion of Marketable Skills Awards, Level I certificates and industry certificates in the Academies.
This position requires frequent travel to/from the following college campuses: St. Philip’s College-Southwest Campus, Northeast Lakeview College, Palo Alto College and San Antonio College.

QualificationsMinimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that equates to the required degree.
- Two to three years of related experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- More than three years of related experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Must possess a valid driver license and be insurable by the organization’s insurers.
Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
