Job Summary and Description
Manages, develops and implements counseling and advising functions and supporting activities.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
• Five years of experience in college program administration, overseeing career exploration/advisement, special populations, federal grant management, or counseling.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Seven years of related experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver license. Must be insurable through the organization’s insurers.
• Prefer licensure as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, or psychologist from a state or national certifying association (i.e. Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT)).

Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
