Job Summary and Description

Responsible for leading, planning, and coordinating programs, projects and processes that provide a service to students and/or other internal College or District customers.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
Four years’ of experience coordinating activities, programs and/or projects, employee supervision and development.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Master's degree.
Experience in a community college.
Experience in mental health, social work, or case management, with trauma- and poverty-informed practice
Experience with grant management, data collection, and reporting skills
Strong interpersonal skills: emotional intelligence, de-escalation, crisis assessment, and customer service

Licenses and Certifications:

Must possess and maintain a valid driver license. Must be insurable through the organization’s insurers.

Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
