Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Hours will vary at 19 hours per week ranging from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position will run from May/June until the last week of July. This is a summertime Kids' Academy (summer camp) position with youths from ages 5-13.

Responsible for assisting the teacher with the children in the classroom.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• One year of related experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate's degree or equivalent
• Experience driving a motor vehicle transporting passengers.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

• Must possess and maintain a valid Texas Driver's License. Must be insurable through Alamo Colleges’ insurers.
• Must successfully complete Safe Environment Awareness Training within 30 days of hire unless currently certified.

Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen.
