Join Amazon Ads as an Account Executive and help shape the future of advertising across Asia-Pacific. You'll build meaningful partnerships with leading brands in Travel, Financial Services, Direct-to-Consumer, or Gaming/Entertainment, leveraging Amazon's first-party signals and premium streaming inventory to deliver measurable results that drive their global expansion.

Working from our Singapore hub, you'll operate with entrepreneurial agility backed by Amazon's global resources, taking ownership of account growth strategies and directly influencing our region's trajectory while collaborating with a team that prioritizes customer obsession and bias for action.

Key job responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and account leadership across Prime Video Ads, FireTV, Twitch, and Display solutions by developing and executing annual media strategies aligned with advertiser goals, while retaining and expanding existing client relationships
- Prospect and build relationships with C-level executives at major Asia-Pacific brands and agencies, identifying untapped opportunities and converting them into scalable revenue streams
- Navigate complex sales cycles with enterprise clients, leveraging cross-border expertise to help them expand into new markets and overcome multi-stakeholder challenges
- Serve as a trusted advisor on full-funnel advertising strategies, educating clients on Amazon's unique first-party data and streaming inventory advantages while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results
- Contribute to team success by helping build processes, best practices, and tools that improve productivity and advertiser experience across the growing organization

A day in the life
As an Account Executive, you'll divide your time between strategic account management and new business development. Your morning might include a strategy session with a D2C brand exploring how Prime Video and Twitch can reach their target audiences, followed by a discovery call with a potential Financial Services client interested in expanding across the US and Europe. You'll collaborate with our product and marketing teams to craft customized solutions, then spend time analyzing campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities for existing partners.

Beyond routine sales management, you'll contribute to building scalable processes and best practices as we grow our presence in this high-growth market. You might mentor newer team members, present thought leadership insights to clients about full-funnel advertising strategies, or work cross-functionally to solve complex multi-stakeholder challenges that arise when supporting enterprise clients navigating global expansion.
