ARI is looking for an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive profitable, sustainable growth across our Refrigeration Service and Projects businesses.
If you're a proven sales leader who understands technical B2B selling, knows how to coach a team, and wants both the authority and accountability that come with leading growth—we'd like to hear from you.
This is a hands-on executive leadership role for someone who knows how to build strategy, develop salespeople, create accountability, and turn a strong pipeline into profitable revenue. As a member of ARI's Leadership Team, the VP of Sales will have a meaningful voice in the company's strategic direction and financial performance.
What You'll Own
- Develop and execute ARI's overall sales strategy, including budgets, forecasts, growth targets, territory plans, and market-development strategies.
- Lead the sales organization with clear expectations, coaching, accountability, and measurable performance standards.
- Own the sales pipeline and forecasting process—from lead qualification and opportunity management through proposal follow-up and closing.
- Drive profitable growth, with a strong understanding of pricing, gross margin, customer quality, operational capacity, and deal structure.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts while helping the team grow and retain business.
- Identify and develop new customers, territories, markets, and revenue channels.
- Partner closely with Service, Projects, Engineering, Finance, and company leadership to make sure what we sell aligns with what we can successfully deliver.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an established sales leader with:
- 7+ years of progressive B2B sales experience
- 5+ years of successful sales leadership or management experience, including coaching, developing, and holding sales professionals accountable
- Strong working knowledge of commercial refrigeration, HVAC/R, mechanical systems, construction, or a closely related technical industry
- Strong business and financial acumen, including revenue, gross margin, profitability, budgets, forecasts, and sales KPIs
- Demonstrated success developing new customers, territories, markets, or revenue channels
- Experience using CRM systems to drive pipeline management, forecasting, sales activity, and performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred
