Main Responsibilities: (หน้าความรับผิดชอบ)

  • Key Control & Monitoring the customer demand and Demand analysis.

  • Key Coordinate with material team and inform when customer order decreased or increased.

  • Leader of customer demand loading & received via EDI.

  • Demand Analysis and check accuracy of loading and ensure MRP in system completed 100%

  • Leader of MRP result and Demand Balance out Monitoring.

  • Key controls of inventory target achievement.

  • Lead of demand fluctuated review and inform team and customer.

  • Manage and generate weekly supplier schedule and support team.

  • Leader of Manage and item set up planning parameters.

  • Coordinate with customer to update all information & follow up long term forecast.

  • Leader for PFA (Premium Freight Approval) controls with scheduler team.

  • Leader for the Production controls and review the production output.

  • Coordinated with the production team and follow the daily production planning.

  • Review the Plan and actual build to team and Leader to the escalation process.

  • Follow customer’s requirement.

HSE Expectation: (ความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม)

  • Communicating often in safety: safety talk, finding status and all Risk assessment, PEIL, environmental aspect up to date for routine, non-routine.

  • Immediate action once safety issue present in workplace, correcting unsafe condition promptly.

  • Voluntary to join Safety meeting to be BBSO program and participated in high-risk activities, Safety audit in the workplace by checklist.

  • To involve & engage in Safety Activity and initiative: AMS, CCRM, safety week, 5S, HSE training, wear proper PPE.

  • Review all changed: process, lay out, new material before implement, new machine.

Qualifications (Education, Skills, and Experiences) คุณสมบัติ (วุฒิการศึกษา, ทักษะและประสบการณ์)

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • About least 3- 5 experiences concentrated in scheduling with ERP system, Automotive Customer demand management and Production planning Management.

  • Written and verbal communication skills. ADIENT Operating Systems (AMS). Leadership skills. Word processing, Spreadsheet and MRP.

  • Able to use MFG (Special Considerations)
