A supply chain finance program manager at Bank of America is responsible for managing deliverables for all project management activities. They should have strong leadership skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Responsibilities:
Manage the programs with Buyers, responsible for coordinating suppliers contact, agreements negotiations, terms adjustments and all related aspects of established Supply Chain Finance programs;
Provide ongoing Buyer program reviews to identify new opportunities and to maximize the success of the programs;
Work in close coordination with Trade Operations (Implementation) to accelerate the revenue ramp of complex deals by overseeing critical, product-related activities;
Work closely with its peers globally during launch phase of new/enhanced products to ensure successful onboarding of suppliers and share best practices;
Provide ongoing support to both the Buyers and the Suppliers, becoming the primary point of contact throughout the life of the program
Collaborate with Product, Implementation, Operations, Wholesale Credit, TSO, Trade PSS, Legal, and Contract Management to ensure client needs and timeline are met
Escalate non-standard implementation requirements and collaborate with other regional complex fulfillment peers and product teams to share global best practices, and continually improve the end-to-end process;
Developing key metric dashboards and scorecards, trade business partner reporting/presentations;
Recommend, support, and proactively identify initiatives to improve supplier onboarding process.

Knowledge of Supply Chain Finance product and sales & implementation dynamics;
Experience in pitching and implementing Supply Chain Finance programs in Brazil (minimum 3 years);

Strong project management skills that require coordination with individuals at different levels within the organization;
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills with key stakeholders and senior;
Strong team player with the ability to take the lead on major deliverables;
A demonstrated history of delivering on initiatives;
Ability to propose changes and improvements in flows and processes
Ability to coordinate processes and work as part of multiple teams across a firm;
Ability to work under pressure in a highly professional environment;
Ability to influence numerous stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment around goals and targets for increasing Supply Chain Finance balances & revenues;

Fluency in English and Portuguese.
