Brooks is a 1,300 acre campus community, owned and managed by the Brooks Development Authority. We are governed by an 11-member board of directors that is appointed by the San Antonio City Council. We are a true public-private partnership. Brooks is home to more than 30 businesses that employ almost 3,000 people at an average salary of $50,000.
