The Customer Experience Analyst supports customer-facing activities by maintaining accurate customer data, supporting pricing and product information, and assisting with processes that impact the overall customer experience. This role is an individual contributor position focused on data accuracy, process execution, analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a consistent and positive experience for customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance of customer-facing documentation including RFP responses, specification sheets, nutrition data, pricing files, and rebate and discount forms.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer data requests by coordinating internally to gather accurate and timely information.
  • Support the customer sample process for national accounts, distributors, and non-commercial teams by coordinating requests, tracking fulfillment, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with preparing and distributing pricing updates to distributors and Away From Home customers in partnership with Sales and Finance.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of pricing, item codes, and programs for K-12 and non-commercial customers.
  • Maintain customer pricing and product data across internal systems and customer-facing platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Finance on a regular basis to review product and pricing updates and assist with maintaining accurate internal and external files.
  • Support Promotional Trade processes by assisting with billing documentation, deductions tracking, and payment reconciliation support.
  • Maintain required customer sustainability documentation and reporting.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and the internal GDSN team to support completion of item specifications for posting via Syndigo.
  • Assist with operational support for newly acquired businesses by helping align customer-facing and financial processes.
  • Analyze internal and customer-provided sales and reporting tools to help identify trends, opportunities, and tracking metrics.
  • Support distributor and national account teams by assisting with pricing reviews, reporting, and opportunity tracking activities.
  • Provide support for trade events and customer meetings, including sample coordination and event preparation as needed.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education/Certifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a customer experience, analyst, operations, or support-related role.
  • Experience working with customer data, pricing information, or ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient use of a computer, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), and other related applications or software.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and support reporting needs.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to learn and navigate customer portals, pricing systems, and internal tools.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of associates and customers ranging from entry level to executive level positions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

  • This role is primarily office-based.
  • May require occasional travel to support trade events or customer meetings.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up and carry 15 pounds at times.

$70,127.00 - $124,487.00

Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location.
