We are looking for a Parts Puller who is detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and takes pride in keeping parts moving accurately and efficiently throughout the dealership.

What You'll Do
As a Parts Puller, you will help keep the service and parts departments running smoothly by accurately locating, pulling, organizing, receiving, and moving parts throughout the dealership.
Your work will include:
- Learn and use parts catalogs and dealership systems to accurately identify and locate parts
- Pull parts from inventory and deliver them to technicians in a timely and organized manner
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition before delivering parts or returning them to inventory
- Inspect returned parts and cores for accuracy and proper condition before accepting them into stock
- Keep fast-moving parts bins and assigned inventory areas organized and properly stocked
- Pull, organize, and return parts to bulk storage areas
- Process parts returns accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist the Parts Department with core returns and ensure items are properly prepared for return
- Work with Shipping and Receiving to move sheet metal, bulky items, and other freight to the appropriate warehouse locations
- Receive, unpack, inspect, count, and organize incoming parts shipments
- Prepare outgoing parts shipments accurately and according to established procedures
- Count and weigh incoming and outgoing parts as required
- Post invoices and purchase orders accurately and according to dealership procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, vendor, and shipping information
- Stay informed on new products, parts, and changes that affect assigned responsibilities
- Assist the Parts Counter and Parts Department with additional tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts and work area

Requirements

- Ability to learn parts catalogs, inventory systems, and dealership processes
- Ability to safely lift, move, and organize automotive parts and equipment
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to successfully complete a background check and drug screen prior to employment
- Previous automotive parts or dealership experience is a plus
