CNF Technologies is searching for a seasoned Site Security Manager (SSM) & Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO). This is a multidisciplinary security position requiring a highly qualified security professional in support of multiple special access programs and collateral level contracts. The Site Security Manager (SSM) / Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) is responsible for the management, direction, administration and development of security programs and procedures for those assigned programs that have contractually imposed security requirements. The CPSO is the primary interface with government agencies, prime and subcontractors’ regarding assigned program security matters and requirements. The CPSO must be proficient and capable of execution of duties pertaining to Special Access Program (SAP) personnel security, physical security, and information security. Implement security processes necessary to protect classified information, with strict adherence to NISPOM, ICDs and other applicable Executive Order and DOD regulations. As a Site Security Manager (SSM), this position will oversee SCIF construction operations, ensuring compliance with Construction Security Plans, conduct security inspections, documenting deviations, and coordinating incident reporting. *Interface with customers to design, implement, and maintain complex, bridged Sybase replication environments to support scenarios involving cross connected versions of various weapon systems.
*Use SQL to assist with maintaining data quality across multiple versions of MIDB and GCCS-J.
*Perform all administration tasks for Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE), Sybase Repserver, and Wildfly app servers for the 35IS MIDB and GCCS-J systems.
*Provide remote assistance in design, maintenance, and recovery of MIDB and GCCS-J Sybase database systems.
*Utilize your experience and knowledge of troubleshooting errors to assist application developers and testers with integrating their application solutions with our database systems.
*Design, tune, and implement load test scenarios as requested by the customer.
*Design, install, configure, and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers on Nutanix hardware.
*Perform database, app server, and system administration tasks to support implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF) controls to ensure compliance.
*Leverage experience with different technologies to assist with administration needs onDell EMC servers, NetApp storage, Nutanix AHV, Prism, Acropolis on Nutanix appliances, and other tools to deliver Enterprise Services to support the cyber security mission of 35th IS information systems (IS) and networks.
*Respond and resolve service outages, technical queries and other system related issues.
*Perform system checks (processes, services, network, storage) to ascertain overall system health.
*Update and document configuration management and troubleshoot any reported problems.
*Collaborate with the security team on system upgrades and issues.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
DOD Directive 8570 IAT II certification (Security+ or equivalent)
BS/MS (BA/MA) with 5 yrs directly related experience
Or
MS with 2 yrs directly related experience
Accepted Degrees: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, Information Systems, Or related BS degree
Must have an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance
