Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive colleague to support the Member Communications - Optimization & Support team. This role is designed for a collaborative, detail-oriented, and tech savvy approach, while expanding into administrative and point-of-contact (POC) responsibilities across travel, meeting facilitation, and leadership support.
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of strong administrative and organizational skills with experience supporting senior leaders.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Planner, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Loop for collaboration and content management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
Empathetic communicator with a service-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with healthcare communications and member engagement strategies.
Bachelors Degree
Education

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
