Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive colleague to support the Member Communications - Optimization & Support team. This role is designed for a collaborative, detail-oriented, and tech savvy approach, while expanding into administrative and point-of-contact (POC) responsibilities across travel, meeting facilitation, and leadership support.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of strong administrative and organizational skills with experience supporting senior leaders.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Planner, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Loop for collaboration and content management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.

• Empathetic communicator with a service-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with healthcare communications and member engagement strategies.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
