Position Summary:

The Senior Manager – Operations Innovation will lead the Operations Innovation branch within the Mental Well-being Business Operations Team, supporting the Mental Well-being organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of identifying, advancing, and implementing innovative technology solutions and enhancements. The Senior Manager will partner closely with Strategy, Product, Technology Enablement, Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure technology initiatives are delivered efficiently, with clear role definition and optimal adoption.

**Position is remote and can be located in any United States location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Operations Innovation team, providing direction, coaching, and development to team members.

  • Partner with Strategy, Product, and Technology Enablement to identify technology solutions that advance MWB’s business objectives.

  • Represent Operations throughout the project lifecycle, including:

    • Building out intake and initiative evaluation process

    • Assessing initiative business value and prioritization against other roadmap items

    • Defining initiative ROI potential and business case development

    • Gathering and documenting business requirements

    • Making key workflow and process decisions

    • Defining measurement approach and KPIs

    • Defining and validating test cases

    • Supporting defect resolution and solution optimization

  • Collaborate with the Change Management and Training teams to ensure operational readiness, effective go-live, and successful adoption of new technology.

  • Drive process improvements and standardization to enhance efficiency, clarity, and solution quality.

  • Serve as a key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.

  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in process management, business analysis, operations, or technology project leadership.

  • Healthcare industry experience

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technology initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of business process design, requirements gathering, and operational workflows.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through influence and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years in a people management role

  • Lean, Six Sigma

Education

bachelor’s degree preferred / specialized training / relevant professional qualifications

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $199,144.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
