Position Summary- Clinical Case Manager Behavioral Health
- Work at home role
- Standard business hours.
- 1 late day until 7pm your local time.
- No holidays.
- Master's Degree and Independently Licensed in Behavioral Health
The role uses advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking to support members’ physical and behavioral health needs through comprehensive assessment, care planning, provider collaboration, and coordination of psychosocial services. The clinician conducts in‑depth evaluations using clinical tools and plan benefits, develops strategies to reduce risk factors, and manages complex clinical indicators. They also perform crisis interventions, ensuring members are connected to appropriate treatment and receive timely follow‑up.
Required Qualifications:
3 years of post‑master’s direct clinical experience in settings such as hospitals, ambulatory care, or outpatient facilities
3 years of experience with mental health and substance use disorders
Ability to type and talk simultaneously for at least 3 years
3 years of experience using Motivational Interviewing and strong technological skills
An active, unrestricted independent behavioral health license (e.g., LCSW, LISW, LMSW, LCPC, LP, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent) based on state regulations
Preferred Qualifications
Crisis intervention skills preferred
Managed care/utilization review experience preferred
Case management and discharge planning experience preferred
Education
Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling required

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,575.00 - $142,576.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
