Job Summary
The Manager, Finance Transformation helps improve finance tools, data processes, and reporting across CVS Health. This role blends finance, technology, and product management skills. You’ll work closely with finance leaders and IT to build, enhance, and support systems that improve budgeting, forecasting, and data quality.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with finance teams to understand their processes and needs.
- Maintain and improve data models used for budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure tools can handle large data sets efficiently.
- Create better system connections to reduce duplicate data.
- Improve data accuracy and quality.
- Own and support finance systems, working with business partners and IT to solve problems.
- Lead agile development efforts and adjust as business needs change.
Required Experience
- 5+ years in finance or in IT supporting finance teams.
- 3+ years of technical experience with databases, SQL, and data validation.
- Familiarity with modern databases.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment and collaborating across teams.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of database architecture and modeling.
- Experience with: SAP, GCP, Postgres, Dataiku, Python, SQL Server, Visio (or similar tools), Rally (or similar agile tools).
- Experience with automation tools, ETL processes, and complex data ecosystems.
- Background in healthcare, FP&A, or budgeting/forecasting.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
