Position Summary
We are seeking a driven finance leader to join the Employer CVF team and play a key role in shaping how we partner with Sales. This role is designed for someone who thinks strategically and is energized by influencing business outcomes through insight and collaboration.
As a Senior Manager, you will bring clarity to portfolio performance, elevate client surveillance, and enable Sales leaders to run their business with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted financial partner to Sales leadership, providing portfolio-level insights and strategic guidance
- Lead client surveillance efforts across the portfolio to proactively identify risks, opportunities and performance trends
- Translate complex financial data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready materials
- Track and drive follow-through on key risks, opportunities and mitigation actions
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and analytics to better support Sales decision making
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, commercial finance, or related financial analysis roles
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial planning and analysis experience (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, etc.)
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-pace, evolving environment
- Experience in Healthcare / PBM
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to balance deep analysis with portfolio-level perspective
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering results
- Clear communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), with the ability to synthesize complex financial information into a clear, actionable story
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
