Position Summary
The Manager, Pharmacy Product Development helps design and deliver pharmacy programs that improve patient access to care and strengthen engagement with treatment. This role supports the development of new solutions and the improvement of existing programs, with a focus on serving underserved patient populations.
You will partner closely with pharmacy, clinical, and enterprise teams to pilot new ideas, assess results, and help scale programs that make a meaningful impact for patients and the business.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the design, pilot, and scaling of pharmacy programs focused on patient access and engagement
- Contribute to the pharmacy product roadmap aligned to population health and patient needs
- Build program frameworks, tools, and best practices to support consistent rollout across markets
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to review performance, identify improvements, and incorporate pharmacist and patient feedback
- Develop clear presentations and business cases that explain program value and impact to leadership and partners
This role may be hybrid or fully remote. Occasional travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience leading work across stakeholders outside of your immediate team
- 2 or more years of experience in healthcare or pharmacy product design and development
- At least 1 year of experience managing or prioritizing multiple projects at the same time
- Experience in consulting, healthcare services, corporate strategy, healthcare innovation, or similar environments
- Ability to communicate program goals, results, and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
- Exposure to innovation, pilot programs, or scaling new healthcare solutions
- Change management experience
- Familiarity with population health concepts, patient access strategies, or pharmacy care models
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including experience building business cases or assessing program performance
Education
Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
