Position Summary
The Helpdesk Specialist Enterprise Quarantine is responsible for providing front-line operational support and issue resolution for all activities related to the Enterprise Quarantine Management process. This role ensures timely triage, tracking, and closure of quarantine events across all business units in alignment with regulatory and corporate quality standards.
The individual will act as the central point of contact between field operations, distribution centers, suppliers, and enterprise serialization/data governance teams to ensure quarantined products and data exceptions are efficiently managed, documented, and resolved.
This role will focus on monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving serialization quarantine and traceability exceptions, managing serialization quarantine and exception handling under the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of work experience
- Minimum 1 year experience with helpdesk operations, ticketing systems, and project management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Access)
- Up to 20% travel may be required

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with DSCSA, FDA guidance, and quarantine protocols
- Experience with ticketing systems and helpdesk operations
- Knowledge of serialization systems and EPCIS data flows
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to interact with individuals at varying levels within the company

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
