Position Summary
The Senior Analyst supporting Master Data Compliance and Governance is a key critical contributor in driving enterprise-wide data quality, accuracy and regulatory compliance requiring significant internal and external interactions. This position will support and help operationalize master data governance initiatives in alignment with enterprise DSCSA serialization requirements, GS1 standards, and supplier data integrity protocols.
Working closely with the Manager and Senior Manager, the Senior Analyst will lead the execution of tactical and strategic projects in a multi-phased data quality roadmap- focusing on master data corrections, exception mitigation, deactivation of obsolete products, supplier product master data enrichment across systems of record, and proactively exploring solutions using automation supporting the evolution of master data operations.
In this role, you will support 10 distinct business units, BU, across Retail, PBM, Omnicare, Minute Clinic, and Oak Street Health. The Sr. Analyst will play a key role in maintaining the formal documentation of key processes specific to master data. You will join forces with the field teams and leadership; vendors of prescription pharmacy product; and the vendor for the web-based application with which the EPCIS error queue and processing activities will take place and is where CVS Health’s compliance data is stored.
The scope of this work also entails:
Minimizing and eliminating the risk for financial penalties incurred due to DSCSA non-compliance. 100% remediation of EPCIS-failing records due to master data. 90%+ accuracy rate on enriched master date uploads from suppliers. Demonstrated reduction in exception-related disruptions and audit findings due to master data opportunities. On-time completion of all four roadmap phases within fiscal year. Enablement and scalability of EPCIS-based receiving across all BU’s.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of work experience
- Minimum 1 year of compliance experience
- Microsoft Office Suite: (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Access)
- Travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with root cause analysis and data remediation frameworks
- Familiarity with product hierarchy structures, GTIN14, NDC10, sGTIN, UOM relationships
- Understanding of FDA and HDA guidance and GS1 standards on product master data
- Ability to translate complex data challenges into actionable business insights
- Prior experience with Tableau or BI tools
- Prior database experience preferably utilizing SQL
- Previous experience with Item Catalog, master data management, or supply chain
Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
