Position Summary
Seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Manager to lead a team of five colleagues responsible for supporting brokers who utilize the Small Group digital platform for quoting, sold business and renewals. This role will over-see a broker facing team that responds to inquiries, resolves issues and ensures brokers have a seamless experience. The Manager will play a critical role in driving service excellence, response timelines and ensuring the team delivers knowledgeable, proactive support that builds confidence in our platform and overall service model.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years working with brokers cultivating strong relationships

• Strong experience in data analytics and using data to drive decisions and roadmaps

• People leadership or leading projects
  Embrace new developed technology launching to market

• Strong understanding of system workflows and functionality to drive best end user experience

Preferred Qualifications
Supporting, implementing, or managing technology platforms or digital tools

Education
Post secondary /high school education or specialized training, i.e., technical/vocational programs.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
