Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of a unified reporting experience that integrates multiple BI/reporting tools into a cohesive, modular platform.
  • Establish and run centralized intake, prioritization, and roadmap review cadences; manage tradeoffs across stakeholders.
  • Partner with Technology, UX/ design, and Finance stakeholders to align on delivery plans, dependencies, and releases.
  • Promote reporting consistency by partnering with data and governance teams on trusted data usage and standardized definitions.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement by tracking usage, time-to-insight, and decision-support impact.
  • Lead and develop a team supporting reporting experience strategy and delivery (e.g., reporting/feature design roles), and influence cross‑functional partners in a matrixed environment.
  • Serve as an executive-facing partner, communicating tradeoffs, progress, and outcomes in clear, decision-ready formats.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in management reporting, analytics platforms, BI strategy, reporting transformation, or reporting product/ portfolio leadership in a complex enterprise environment.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience (people leadership and/or leading large cross-functional programs) with demonstrated ability to drive alignment across business and technology stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to define a strategy and roadmap, run intake/prioritization, and deliver measurable outcomes (adoption, time-to-insight, user value).
  • Strong communication and influence skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders and guiding decisions through structured tradeoffs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or modernizing enterprise reporting platforms that integrate multiple reporting tools into a unified experience.
  • Familiarity with Finance reporting domains (e.g., FP&A performance views, controllership close/reporting), including the need for consistent metrics and repeatable executive reporting.
  • Experience partnering with UX/ design and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, high-adoption analytics experiences.
  • Experience in regulated or control‑oriented environments where reporting integrity, traceability, and disciplined change practices matter.

Education
