Position Summary:
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager - Digital Measurement to join the Value Tracking, Reporting, and Analytics (VTAR) team. This team supports the Aetna Health Digital organization, including the Aetna Health website, mobile app, virtual agents and contact center, by enabling a value-driven roadmap, through feature impact measurement and analytics, with the goal of creating an outstanding omni-channel service experience for our members.
The Senior Manager - Digital Measurement, positioned within VTAR, will enable Aetna Digital to systematically measure and optimize impact. They will enhance Aetna Digital’s current value capture process by developing a technical roadmap for a measurement framework that streamlines the process for launching, monitoring and reporting on experiments, allowing for product optimization at scale. They will also support a data-driven prioritization strategy for capital planning and product roadmaps. Once established, they will upskill additional Aetna Tech teams to ensure a consistent experimentation model across the organization for measurement and prioritization best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Aetna Digital’s Measurement Framework and Expand the Model across Aetna Tech for Product Optimization at scale: The framework will streamline value capture to be more comprehensive, structured, reliable, scalable and agile – the process will be integrated into existing product launch processes, with automated monitoring, analyses and early stopping rules/variance reduction implemented
- Oversee Strategy and Experiment Design: Develop the experimentation roadmap and own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and prioritization of experiments across Aetna Digital products. Including hypothesis generation, experimentation methodology, and statistical rigor
- Measurement Execution and Implementation: Assist with test setup and configuration, data integration (tracking and tagging) to accurately measure KPIs, target audience segmentation, and QA/Debugging
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze experimental outcomes using statistical techniques to determine the impact on KPIs
- Technology Implementation: Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to integrate measurement tools and platforms effectively
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data science, product, operations, and reporting teams to deliver measurement insights and value
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress, challenges, and outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in analytics or related roles, delivering complex projects
- 5+ years of experience with analytics tools, data platforms, and technology implementation processes (Python, Big Query, GCP, SQL, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Quantum Metrics)
- 3+ years of experience with experimental design, statistical analysis (such as power analysis), and advanced methodologies (causal inference, lift studies, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience translating complex statistical concepts and technical findings into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders and executives
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Product, Design and Marketing Teams
- Experience working with data science and advanced analytics teams
- Experience working with digital analytics and product management teams
- Experience working with Experimentation Platforms (ex: Adobe Target)
- Familiarity with healthcare or digital product environments
Education:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$130,295.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
