Position Summary:

CVS Healthspire is seeking a Manager of Product to support the development and optimization of our Adherence Solutions product suite. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for improving healthcare solutions.

Product team members are collectively obsessed with the client and end user’s needs, designing, and adjusting features to anticipate those needs through continual refinement of the product roadmap. The team oversees all aspects of the product management process, including product development, research, data analysis, marketing, sales, operations, and strategy. You’ll work closely with the Senior Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet client expectations and deliver measurable value. This includes supporting go-to-market efforts, refining and launching product features, program monitoring, and driving program and financial performance through data insights.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create and manage reports related to product operations, outcomes, and finances.
  • Monitoring targeting processes to ensure the flawless execution of programs.
  • Complete analyses and use data to inform decisions on key product features.
  • Support the development of briefings and PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders and external clients, focusing on product outcomes, strategy, operations, sales/marketing, and finances.
  • Take ownership of key product roadmap items by defining strategies or features, conducting feasibility studies and business cases, outlining next steps, executing plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Data Science, and Engineering.
  • Assist with day-to-day responsibilities to ensure products operate effectively, including addressing client inquiries, identifying, and resolving operational issues, and providing additional support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of key product roadmap items by defining strategies or features, conducting feasibility studies and business cases, outlining next steps, executing plans, and ensuring that they are delivering value to our clients and the enterprise.
  • Ensure milestones are met through effective project management and coordination across workstreams, identifying and communicating dependencies and risks.
  • Monitor program performance rigorously, proactively resolving issues to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Complete analyses and use data to inform decisions; present recommendations to leaders in efforts to develop products and solutions which will have a profound impact on the strategic direction of the company.
  • Create and manage reports on product operations, outcomes, and financials.
  • Partner with vendors and multiple teams across the enterprise to ensure client satisfaction, operational effectiveness and program financial goals are achieved.
  • Develop presentations and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Become a subject matter expert on medication adherence.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to turn data into actionable insights and compelling presentations.
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working across operations, data science and data engineering, finance, marketing, and sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to identify, analyze and solve practical problems; adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated team player, able to develop cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Must be results-oriented; possess ability to set the right expectations based upon the timelines and workload of cross functional stakeholders; drive the project and keep others on task to meet goals.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal guidance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience in product development, product management, strategy & operations, or consulting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior healthcare industry experience
  • Experience with product lifecycle, developing business cases and testing new initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Superior problem-solving skills
  • High level of independent judgment and initiative required

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
