Position Summary:

As a Finance Reporting & Analytics Manager, you will drive execution of CVS Enterprise Finance’s reporting strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering scalable, accurate, and automated reporting solutions leveraging SAP platforms, while partnering with Finance and IT stakeholders to modernize reporting capabilities. You will be seen as a hands-on contributor with strong SAP reporting expertise, solid finance domain knowledge, and proven experience delivering reporting solutions in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Reporting Strategy Execution

  • Execute enterprise finance reporting strategy aligned with business objectives and data governance standards.

  • Support design and implementation of standardized reporting across key finance processes

  • Drive adoption of modern SAP and Non SAP reporting tools and embedded analytics capabilities.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

  • Work with IT and data teams to ensure alignment with architecture, data models, and system capabilities.

  • Communicate progress, risks, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effort.

  • Drive automation and performance optimization across reporting workflows.

  • Support data accuracy, reconciliation, and consistency across reporting outputs.

Execution & Delivery Management

  • Support planning and execution of reporting initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope.

  • Manage priorities across multiple reporting requests and projects.

  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and recommend mitigation actions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in hands-on reporting, analytics, or related roles

  • Experience designing and developing financial reports and dashboards with tools like SAP BW, SAP BW/4 HANA

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in large-scale enterprise environments (healthcare or retail preferred).

  • Hands-on experience in any reporting/dashboard solutions e.g. SAP SAC, Power BI, Tableau etc.

  • Experience working with cloud data platforms (Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.)

  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools and solutions

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
