Remote Behavioral Health Clinician (Care Management)
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (no weekends or holidays)

Join a collaborative care team where your clinical expertise directly improves lives. In this fully remote role, you’ll use your advanced assessment and care management skills to support members with complex physical and behavioral health needs—helping them access the right care at the right time.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate care with providers and connect members to community and psychosocial resources
- Apply critical thinking to address complex behavioral health and medical needs
- Provide crisis intervention and follow-up support as needed
- Promote effective, cost-conscious care and positive health outcomes
What You Bring - REQUIRED
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical license (LCSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LISW Licensed Independent Social Worker, LCPC Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LPC Licensed Professional Counselor, LP Licensed Psychologist, LMFT Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMHC Licensed Mental Health Counselor)
- 3+ years of post-master’s clinical experience (hospital, outpatient, or similar setting)
- Strong knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders
- Experience with Motivational Interviewing and navigating multiple systems/screens
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
Nice to Have
- Crisis intervention experience
- Managed care, utilization review, or case management background
- Discharge planning experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,522.00 - $129,615.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
