Description

The On-site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations at our client’s location, managing day-to-day activities across the copy center, mailroom, and fleet management services. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented leader who is proactive and highly customer-focused. The Supervisor manages a field site representative to ensure operational excellence and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring daily communication is professional, responsive and solution focused.

  • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients and direct reports.

  • Manage and oversee all on-site operations, including copy center, mailroom, and equipment fleet services.

  • Ensure all work is completed accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with established quality standards.

  • Provides hands-on training for team members on workflows, procedures and equipment operations.

  • Hold team members accountable for performance, professionalism, and compliance with established processes.

  • Provide first-level troubleshooting and support for equipment issues, including collection of monthly meter readings.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding job feasibility, status, and completion deadlines.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and improve overall service delivery.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Experience & Required Skills

  • Proven experience in copy center and mailroom operations.

  • Strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Goal-oriented with the ability to set clear, actionable objectives.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC skills.

  • Strong leadership and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Motivational, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to a positive workplace culture.

Education & Certification

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

  • Ability to stoop, bend, and kneel as needed.

  • Visual acuity to read printed and digital content.

  • Clear verbal communication and listening comprehension.
