Dykema is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of general litigation experience in Texas and federal courts to join our Labor and Employment team in our San Antonio office. Previous experience or background with employment-related litigation is preferred. The associate will be responsible for litigating employment-related claims, representing employers before administrative agencies, and providing services to employers in employment-related matters. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients at all levels. Admission to practice law in Texas is required.
