As the Construction Technology Manager, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of construction operations by architecting, governing, and continuously advancing the organization's technology ecosystem. This role bridges people, processes, and platforms, championing innovation, ensuring data integrity, and maximizing the impact of technology investments across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Procore platform governance, including templates, workflows, and project configurations.
  • Manage permissions and access aligned with role responsibilities.
  • Evaluate, configure, and deploy new or beta technology solutions.
  • Maintain data integrity and reporting standards across all construction technology platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors.
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms for construction tech solutions.
  • Evaluate and implement new features to maximize ROI and adoption.
  • Maintain and build Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of construction data.
  • Manage financial integrations between Procore and accounting systems (Sage/Yardi).
  • Oversee the initial build, stabilization, and ongoing management of monthly reporting spreadsheets.
  • Attend annual technology conferences to stay current on best practices.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to training initiatives led by the Construction Technology Engineer.
  • Represent construction technology on the leadership team.
  • Serve as the primary decision-maker for all construction-specific technology solutions across EMBREY.
  • Partner with department heads to ensure user satisfaction and platform adoption.
  • Evaluate technology investments and initiatives for strategic alignment and ROI.
  • Maintain professional development in construction technology and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred. An equivalent combination of construction experience and construction technology/platform administration experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, project management, or construction technology systems.
  • Proven experience managing construction technology platforms (Procore or similar) and related integrations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
  • Experience in Procore (Project Management & Financials) required.
  • Experience with Procore (Project Management & Financials) required.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI.

  • Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
