Who you are:

As a Internal Communications Specialist I, you are our guide, assessing needs and conducting research to obtain, produce, and organize content. In this role, you will Produce and edit concise, accurate, and up-to-date communications using the required channels while meeting scheduled deadlines. More than that, this role is about providing effective communication and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

What you’ll do:

• Work with other departments and stakeholders to assess needs, conduct research, obtain material, and produce and organize communication content.
• Produce and edit concise, accurate, and up-to-date communications using the required channels while meeting scheduled deadlines
• Evaluate the effectiveness of communications using surveys, employee comments and feedback, and usage reports
• Use qualitative and quantitative tools to evaluate the results of strategies and communication mediums. Compile and share findings with management
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, marketing, in a related field or equivalent experience in corporate communications
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, reading comprehension and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding organization, planning and multi-tasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
