Who you are:

As a Philanthropic Services Administrator with Frost, you will build and establish trust in every interaction while maintaining the overall quality and longevity of our Foundation customers’ relationships with the bank. You will be responsible for coordinating and attend meetings as an officer with Foundation directors and provide documentation for review. More than that, this role is about building relationships and doing it with integrity, caring, and excellence.

What you’ll do:

  • Implement effective philanthropic objectives of clients while supervising the regional Wealth Advisor's Philanthropic Services Division

  • Create and manage online application programs for Wealth Advisor's Philanthropic clients and prepare payment postings from lock-box deposit reports

  • Approve and administer files, grants, scholarship and/or student lending Foundations; oversee the reporting of files for collections by an attorney

  • Coordinate and attend meetings as an officer with Foundation directors and provide documentation for review

  • Communicate with philanthropic organizations, clients, foundations and/or high school and college advisors regarding scholarship, grant, and student loan opportunities

  • Exercise the usual authority of a supervisor concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations

  • Build and establish trust in every interaction while maintaining the overall quality and longevity of our Foundation customers’ relationships with the bank

  • Ensure prompt and courteous service from Wealth Advisor's Philanthropic Services Division Staff as well as accuracy in every phase of grant, student loan and scholarship operations

  • Always take action using integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Non-profit, Investment, Trust, Banking, or Loan Administration

  • Passion to serve the community and a drive for success

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Supervisory experience

  • Experience using Zengine, WizeHive technology or Submittable technology
