Who you are:

As a Treasury Management Clerk with Frost, you are our key support. You will be responsible for providing daily service support to the Treasury Management Department. You understand that details matter, and you take your time to make sure your work is efficient and accurate. In this role you will process daily customer maintenance requests and prepare statements and billings. You are a problem solver and a hard worker. Most importantly, this role is about providing top-quality service and keeping integrity, caring and excellence top of mind.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain existing customer information (on a daily basis) on respective sub-department system
  • Monitor daily customer activity and produce reports as required by sub-departments or system interfaces
  • Ensure all daily maintenance is performed in a timely manner (within 3-day turn around or better depending on the sophistication of maintenance required)
  • Resolve balancing discrepancies, research and resolve moderately complex problems using various resources
  • Ensure all customers and system maintenance is in compliance with current Frost Documentation standards and Treasury Management Department Standards
  • Provide technical customer service support to corporate users when asked by Team Leader or Supervisor
  • Always take action with Integrity, Caring and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

  • Banking experience
