Who you are:
As a Treasury & Cash Support Specialist I with Frost, you are our backbone. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding and configuring treasury services for our small business clients. You are a self-starter and take the initiative to verify that all customer requests and information correlate to current service parameters and specifications. Processes and procedures are your passion, and you enjoy having the freedom to assist with customer service inquiries related to treasury management. More than that, this role is about providing top-quality service and doing it with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.
What you’ll do:
- Onboard and configure treasury services for small business clients
- Apply knowledge of treasury products and services to meet small business client needs
- Support commercial card setup and related processes
- Provide backup support for customer service inquiries and issue resolution related to treasury management
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Experience in treasury management, general banking, or other relevant experience
