Who you are:
As an Engineer II - Messaging , you are our troubleshooter. You are responsible for maintaining messaging services used across the organization, including the email platform, spam filtering, and instant messaging. You have a desire to build relationships to collaborate with third-party vendors and other IT Teams to meet the needs of Frost. You believe in effective communication and will have the opportunity to address potential problems and solutions to complex issues. What you’ll do:
Maintain messaging services used across the organization, including the email platform, spam filtering, and instant messaging/collaboration
Collaborate with third party vendors and other IT teams to upgrade messaging systems, migrate platforms, and ensure continuous messaging delivery
Assist in building and refining a roadmap to migrate from hybrid mail to Exchange Online, including assessing readiness, identifying dependencies, and contributing to execution plans
Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve complex tickets and issues for messaging services including the email platform, spam filtering, and instant messaging/collaboration
Assist in the development of and maintain documentation and procedures for the entire life cycle of messaging services
Identify opportunities to automate and enhance the efficiency of Frost’s messaging services, and implement approved enhancements
Assist other members of the Messaging team
Perform any other tasks as assigned

What you’ll need:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to independently identify issues across interrelated programs and systems and develop the appropriate solutions, typically requiring a minimum of 2+ years of experience
Proven ability to apply engineering principals to effectively resolve moderately complex technical issues within Infrastructure and Operations
Demonstrated commitment to strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in collaborative project environments
Knowledge of Infrastructure & Operations platform such as Microsoft Exchange and IronPort
Relevant scripting or automation skills, such as PowerShell
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Microsoft Office applications
