What You Will Do:

  • Manage complex, medium to large-scale projects
  • Lead large, cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Assist in the estimate of resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
  • Assist in the management of changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
  • Serve in a technical and scientific leadership role in the exploration of new initiatives, planning of strategically important proposals, and execution of project development
  • Responsible for ensuring the technical solutions and schedules on the assigned project(s) are implemented in a timely manner

What You Will Need:

  • At least SEVEN (7) years of relevant experience
  • US Citizenship is contractually required for this role
  • Minimum Degree: Bachelor's
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to provide guidance and direction for specific projects or sub-tasks
  • Capability to manage multi-task projects
  • Experience analyzing and defining system requirements
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and present topics to diverse groups of functional and technical staff
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Ability to anticipate and respond to management and client needs
  • Proficiency in all MS Office tools
  • Client-facing experience with internal and external clients
  • Experience coordinating teams with different schedules


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Project Management certification preferred
  • Program Management certification preferred
  • Azure cloud Fundamentals AZ-900 certification
  • Payment processing experience preferred
  • Agile experience preferred
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
