There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes to keep H-E-B stores stocked and ready to serve customers, and our Supply Chain Team innovates and executes to optimize source-to-shelf operations while providing current, reliable supply chain data, analysis, and inventory management across the full product lifecycle. Forecast & Replenishment (F&R) Partners must balance having enough retail products available in H-E-B facilities and Stores to support customer demand with not overloading warehouses, truck drivers, and Partners with unneeded product. To do this, we work closely with Procurement category managers as they plan promotions and new product launches, while phasing out other items from H-E-B store shelves. We use advanced forecasting and business intelligence systems to plan for promoted and unpromoted sales demand, and fulfillment software to optimize and create the most efficient orders from our suppliers based on forecasted demand. F&R Partners collaborate with external suppliers, freight providers, and several H-E-B teams (Procurement, Shelf Edge, Warehousing, Transportation, Global Sourcing, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Planning & Analysis, Supply Chain Strategy, and Information Solutions). When things don't go exactly as planned, our Partners dive in to help facilitate better results, and to meet our daily goal of achieving 100.0% in-stock conditions, while keeping total end-to-end cost as low as possible.

As an Inventory Coordinator for Forecast & Replenishment, you'll coordinate and support end-to-end inventory management duties for retail merchandise. This will include creating, releasing, and tracking purchase orders and manufacturer returns, reporting results, communicating with all stakeholders, and following up on unresolved issues. You'll perform entry-level Inventory Analyst replenishment duties during periods of short-staffing or high-volume operations, and you'll support special projects and initiatives as needed.

Once you're eligible, you'll become an Owner in the company, so we're looking for commitment, hard work, and focus on quality and Customer service. 'Partner-owned' means our most important resources--People--drive the innovation, growth, and success that make H-E-B The Greatest Omnichannel Retailing Company.
