As a Senior P roduct Manager, you'll develop compelling digital experience s for our c ustomers while delivering world-class business applications that enabl e H-E-B Partners and suppliers to thrive in the ir jobs. You 'll work on solutions that support our retail media ad vertising platform focusing on analytics, reporting, methodology , and compliance. You 'll collaborate across the company and cultivate an intimate understanding of needs and technology, and th en you 'll drive the entire technology project lifecycle to support compa ny objecti ves through digital experiences , wheth er they 're for c ustomers in our s tores or in workplaces across the c ompany.

What is the work?

  • Applies understanding of product / project vision to assist in coordinating cross-functional teams of Partners / suppliers
  • Applies highly localized subject matter expertise ; serves as internal consultant
  • Executes mostly defined solutions; escalates often to make the right decisions
  • Collaborates c ompany-wide to understand and document needs in an end-to-end manner
  • Assists in building product and project roadmaps
  • Accesses / organizes data; builds analyses to understand financial impact of business opportunity and proposed solutions
  • Lead the product development lifecycle and delivery working with designers, engineers, and architects to produce a groomed, prioritized backlog that aligns the work to company objectives
  • Works closely with business , product, design, and engineering to drive entire technology project lifecycle
  • Applies understanding of / executes against features prioritization
  • Identify critical risks and dependencies, anticipating and resolving critical team issues bringing in leadership as needed
  • Communicates clearly; keeps team on task and on time
  • Manages reporting metrics for identifying product team successes and failures
  • Supports product backlog maintenance; authors detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert, mentor, and guide
  • Advocate relentlessly for our customers

What is your background?

  • A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or technology consulting
  • Experience with campaign activation, order management, and perfo rmance reporting
  • Experience supporting retail , ecommerce, and digital advertising operations a plus
  • Knowledge in retail media and digital advertising
  • Experience working with data science and engineering to define methodologies and reporting dashboards
  • Experience in mobile, web and/or backend product delivery
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies
  • Experience with design and UX or related fields
