Responsibilities Job Summary: Job Summary Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: • Inventory Counters - Cycle Counts Performs counts to the designated aisles/levels to verify accuracy of pick's inventory. Records findings in inventory report. Provides feedback to Stock Control Clerk. • Inventory Counters - Problem Picks Verifies count on pick locations that created problems during shipping. Records findings in inventory sheets. Provides feedback to Stock Control Clerk. • Inventory Counters - Available Uses the Available Slot report to verify that all scheduled letdowns have been completed. Records findings in inventory sheets. Provides feedback to Stock Control Clerk. Qualifications & Key Requirements: Work Experience: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic math skills (+, -, *, /) - Required Basic reading and writing skills - Required Able to communicate effectively - Required Attention to detail - Required Able to work in a Team based environment - Required Able to operate machines or equipment in a safe, independent manner - Required Good interpersonal skills - Required Bi-lingual language skill is a plus - Preferred Good organization skills - Required Education: HS Diploma or GED or equivalent - Preferred Licenses/Certifications: Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Able to repetitively lift 25lbs. to 60lbs. for the duration of shift, 10 to 12 hours. Able to occasionally lift 60lbs to 80 lbs. for the duration of shift, 10 to 12 hours. Must be capable of standing, walking, and squatting for extended periods of time during shift. Must be capable of working in either a hot or cold environment for the duration of shift. Must be able to work day and night shifts, holidays and weekends.
