Responsibilities Job Summary: As a Building & Grounds Industrial Maintenance Partner, you'll maintain H-E-B facilities and systems in a professional manner to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability. You'll support our mission to be a world class maintenance management organization using the latest in technology, processes, and procedures. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: • Maintenance / Troubleshooting / Repair & Replacement: Buildings Performs basic office remodel skills Applies knowledge of proper dock maintenance methods Repairs / replaces basic plumbing fixtures Mechanical Repairs / lubes / changes out / performs preventive maintenance (PM) on sprockets, bearings, belts, and sheaves on industrial equipment Resets auto doors, auto gates, and entry / exit turnstiles Hydraulics & Pneumatics Performs skill-level appropriate PM on hydraulic and pneumatic systems Fire Systems Applies knowledge of wet systems to assist in troubleshooting / repair / replacement Electrical Troubleshoots / repairs basic 120/277 VAC circuits for lighting and equipment Adheres to safe practices when working with electrical equipment The responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position.
