Responsibilities Job Summary: As a Supply Chain Industrial Engineer II, you will execute projects that affect MW&T businesses. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: • Demonstrates / applies understanding of engineering concepts as they relate to MW&T • Works under limited supervision to complete assigned projects that will include but are not limited to: Incentive plans and labor standards Material handling equipment Facility layouts Process and technology improvement • Executes projects that entail coordination with H-E-B Engineering, Operations, and outside companies • Effectively communicates and works with all management levels, hourly Partners, outside companies, and potential clients The responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position. Qualifications & Key Requirements: Work Experience: minimum of industrial engineering experience - of IE experience - Mainframe experience - PC software experience with MS Office Suite - Experience in AutoCAD and time study software tools - Warehouse management system experience - Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong analytical and project management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - analytical / project management skills - Education: in industrial engineering or related field - Required - Licenses/Certifications: Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Function in a fast-paced office environment Travel by car or airplane with overnight stays Sit for extended periods of time Work extended hours Work in either a hot or cold environment for the duration of shift Move throughout assigned work areas assigned work areas The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Partner encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
