Responsibilities Job Summary: The Procurement Systems job family is responsible for the accurate setup, maintenance, reporting and financial governance of retail products across enterprise systems with a focus on indirect/non-resale products. Ensuring data integrity and compliance by coordinating product configurations, cost structures, and supplier relationships, while supporting downstream processes including inventory, accounting, and procurement. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: • Processes routine transactions to ensure system and data integrity. • Monitor indirect product lifecycle indicators and flag items with low usage or approaching obsolescence for review. • Support indirect cost maintenance by validating basic cost inputs and assisting in the resolution of purchase order discrepancies. • Support resolving straightforward issues related to indirect product setup, cost accuracy, and system configurations. • Assists/collaborate with others to identify, document, analyze and facilitate implementation of accounting systems and applications, and communicate solutions to meet business needs. • Assists in analysis of probable impact of recommendations / solutions for downstream product impacts such as tax classification, general ledger coding, and unit conversions. • Assists project teams in delivery of applications, systems, processes, and services in agreed-upon timeframes; assists in testing. • Assist with post-implementation analysis • Supports preparation of reports, graphs and charts to illustrate and communicate key performance indicators. • Supports preparation of audits for product, cost, and supplier data and system user management/access to ensure compliance with internal controls and segregation of duties. • Focus on gaining knowledge of end-to-end processes and understanding system interdependencies to provide solution recommendations. Qualifications & Key Requirements: Work Experience: No previous professional experience required. - Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Experience in Microsoft Excel - Required Strong attention to detail - Required Communication and problem-solving skills - Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree Business, accounting, finance, or related field - Required Licenses/Certifications: Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Function in a fast-paced, office environment Work extended hours; sit for extended periods.
