As a Senior HR Technology Advisor, you'll be responsible for integrating and supporting technology-based solutions that increase HR processes and service effectiveness. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: • Information Technology: Serves as lead over one suite of modules or breadth of knowledge of technology supported by team (e.g., Workday HCM, Talent, or other multi-process module) Leads teams to complete HR Technology projects Serves as key contributor in process design for related area Leads design / implementation of system or data integration and reporting Applies understanding of available technical resources; selects most relevant, innovative options as solutions Re-processes / actively works to reengineer HR processes to leverage technology to be more efficient, accurate, and customer-oriented • Analytics: Develops benchmarks and metrics for HR data; ensures data integrity of integrated systems Proactively identifies issues and gaps within current business processes The responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position. Qualifications & Key Requirements: Work Experience: of experience in HR / technology - of experience in Workday - of experience documenting systems specifications - and building system / process requirements - Experience configuring cloud-based software (SAAS) - Experience in project management - planning - of related experience - Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Advanced technical / working knowledge of system of primary responsibility, and multiple HR processes - Knowledge of database structures and HR business procedures - Understanding of object-oriented design - Strong innovative, analytical, and diagnostic skills - Skills to examine / re-engineer operations, procedures - Skills to develop / document operating and administrative procedures - Ability to apply knowledge / skills to system and technical thinking - Ability to work at all levels of management Ability to learn and apply new technical skills that support improved processes - Education: A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience - Licenses/Certifications: Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment Travel by car or plane with overnight stays Work extended hours; sit for extended periods The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Partner encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
