Responsibilities The Visual Merchandising Program Manager leads the development, governance, and execution of display merchandising and signage programs across H-E-B stores. This role ensures that promotional and permanent signage, store presentation, and merchandising standards are consistent, customer-friendly, operationally sound, and aligned with business priorities. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain display merchandising standards for endcaps, secondary placements, seasonal features, and other high-impact selling zones. Own promotional signage standards, including pricing, promotional messaging, product callouts, and event communication. Oversee permanent signage standards for wayfinding, department identification, and long-term store presentation. Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, and store operations teams to translate strategy into clear in-store execution. Support the design, production, distribution, and refresh cycle for signage and merchandising assets. Create implementation guides, store communications, and training materials to support consistent execution. Audit stores and monitor compliance through store visits, photo review, or scorecards. Analyze execution results and business impact to improve future programs. Ensure signage and merchandising programs meet company, pricing, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, marketing, business, retail management, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5 or more years of experience in visual merchandising, retail merchandising, store standards, or promotional execution. Experience managing multi-store programs or enterprise retail initiatives. Strong understanding of grocery retail, including fresh departments and high-frequency promotional environments. Experience with signage systems, print production, or store communication programs. Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
