Responsibilities Job Summary: Responsible for designing customized layouts that drive profitability, operational efficiency, and customer experience. Leverages advanced analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and precision execution, to influence key metrics – such as sales per square foot, inventory turnover, and shrink reduction – while enabling coordinated decision-making across merchandising, procurement, supply chain, and store operations. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: Executes merchandising strategies, provides localized solutions reflecting store specific needs Analyze sales trends, inventory management, and shopper patterns to inform space planning decisions, ensuring sales and gross profits are meeting goals, while detecting and resolving problems as they occur Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and store operations teams, providing tactical expertise to align layouts with business objectives. Executes Merchandising special projects and new initiatives; recommends improvements Leverages tools, processes, and analytical skills to support capability growth The responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position. Qualifications & Key Requirements: Work Experience: 2+ years Experience in a retail environment, with exposure to store operations, merchandising, inventory practices, and managing budgets - Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures related to merchandising to complete difficult assignments - Required Strong conflict management skills - Required Strong organizational skills - Required Strong project management skills - Required Ability to communicate at all levels of management and partners - Required Education: A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience - Required Licenses/Certifications: Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Function in a fast-paced, office environment Travel by car or plane with overnight stays Work extended hours; sit for extended periods.
